Responsibility:
- As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in:
- Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
- Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.
What we are looking for:
- CACHE Level 3 / Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Equivalent
- A caring and patient individual with a passion for working with children providing support as a Teaching Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teachers and students.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to commute to Dacorum via car or public transport.
