Job Title: Events Coordinator Duration: Dec 2024 [potential for extensions] Location: Birmingham – Hybrid Pay Rate: £250

Role Purpose:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Specialist to join our team and help us create memorable events that reflect our brand and engage our audience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan programme logistics (venue, catering, printing, invitations)
  • Review Eligible list and feedback to Global team
  • Schedule Info session for participants
  • Invite applicants to submit Application
  • Set up session on LMS
  • Send welcome invitation to delegate
  • Manage delegate communications
  • Organise Pre launch Manager briefing
  • Organise Pre launch Advocate briefing
  • Upload content to cohort specific page on Degreed
  • Send pre-work to delegates
  • Online sessions set up of zoom links and delivered by Cranfield
  • Agree and book venue & hotels
  • Book photographer for photos and video clips for F2F event
  • Book evening events and catering
  • Organise Guest Speakers/VIPs with support from senior leads
  • Collate accessibility/dietary requirements from participants.
  • Organise and confirm catering
  • Work with vendors who will support the F2F event to organise logistics etc.
  • Manage the mailbox and any queries in the mailbox
  • Send the participants pre-work each week prior to F2F
  • Update attendance and close session on LMS to trigger evaluations.
  • Update the programme manual with best practices.
