REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of Edinburgh's leading manufacturers of packaging, who are looking to recruit a 'Customer Account Executive' on a 12-month FTC. Working in the office, you will be responsible for providing excellent communicative customer service with a full understanding of product knowledge to assist with a multitude of different queries.

Monday - Friday
08:30 – 17:00 (37.5hrs)
Office Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing product knowledge throughout their available range
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers
- Manage customer accounts within various industry markets
- Handle complaints, providing appropriate solutions in a timely fashion
- Manage stock, purchase and sales orders, liaising with both customers and suppliers
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service / inside sales admin support
- Good level of admin skill
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
