My client is an exciting, dynamic and entrepreneurial team who are launching a new Asset Finance lending proposition in the UK market. They are highly experienced and skilled, and will aim to provide a personal and commercial approach to customers by offering bespoke and flexible Asset Finance funding structures.
As part of their plan, they are now looking to appoint a Sales Support Executive to join their team at a highly crucial time as they prepare to launch. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist on the deal pipeline, ensuring fantastic customer service is delivered and things get progressed quickly and efficiently. This role will be based from their offices in the City of London.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include:
- Assist on processing business from proposal to payout
- Answer Broker queries and assist Sales with progressing deals to payout
- Perform all related sales and sales admin tasks
- Other adhoc roles as the business continues to grow
Requirements of the Sales Support Executive include:
- 1+ years' experience in Asset Finance
- Self motivated and be able to work on own initiative
- Ambitious and hard-working
- Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manner, delivering fantastic customer service at all times
- Be hard working, proactive and enthusiastic
- Good time management skills and able to prioritise workloads to ensure targets are met
- High attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
