Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Reporting: Ensure the preparation and accuracy of management accounts, reporting to strict deadlines.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Oversee all banking entries and reconciliations.
- Period End Accuracy: Manage period end accruals and prepayments to ensure precision.
- Invoice Management: Oversee the timely raising and payment of invoices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support and analyse spending and budgets.
- Cash Flow Reporting: Deliver weekly cash flow reports.
- Fixed Asset Accounting: Manage all aspects of fixed asset accounting.
- Budget Support: Assist in budget monitoring and preparation.
- KPI Ownership: Take responsibility for KPI calculations.
- Audit Support: Assist with annual statutory audits and accounts preparation.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: ACA or ACCA Qualified - we may consider part qualified with a solid experience to accompany it.
- Skills: Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Attributes: A positive, self-motivated individual with a professional presence and excellent communication skills. You'll be confident, reliable, and capable of managing tasks independently, all while being a team player.
