Logistics People are looking for an Inbound Administrators to join our team.
Location: Telford
Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off Night Shifts Available
Pay rate: £13.23 P/hr
Logistics People are currently recruiting an Inbound Administrators to join our Team in Telford.
As a an Inbound Administrators for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Liaising with the Shift Manager, Customer Services and Operations Manager;
- Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork;
- Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE;
- Releasing of pre-advising on SCE;
- Contacting customers via email for information regarding pre-advices;
- To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols;
- To communicate effectively with line managers;
- Order entry as required;
- Filing as required;
- Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets;
- Emailing EPODS to depots;
- Printing of European McBurney labels.
- Booking in trailers to the board
- Booking in visitors, contractors
- Completing yard sweeps with yard shunters
- Assisting with any other duties required
Our ideal candidate:
- Administration experience;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision;
- Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion;
- IT skills – WMS and other systems, MS Office packages (especially Excel).
