Property Administration Manager

I am on the lookout for a Property Administration Manager to join a professional team within a vibrant office setting. The role is centred around managing a residential letting portfolio, overseeing new lettings, and renewals, and coordinating property maintenance. The successful candidate will bring experience in letting and property management, demonstrate exceptional administrative capabilities, and possess a friendly yet professional demeanour.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Administer a portfolio of 200 tenanted properties, process new lettings and conduct referencing in collaboration with the Lettings Negotiator.
- Handle Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) renewals and manage end-of-term tenancies, including negotiating dilapidations claims and organising necessary works for re-letting.
- Coordinate proactive property maintenance with a dedicated team of contractors.
- Conduct mid-tenancy inspections and maintain high levels of service and communication with owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and general office management, such as ordering stationery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in letting and property management.
- Exceptional administrative skills, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Strong database management skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Alto property management software is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills and a professional but friendly approach.
- An outgoing personality that complements a dynamic team environment.
