Their services extend to asset managers and allocators across a large number countries, where they facilitate the convergence of technology, wealth, and asset management. By connecting asset allocators with asset managers, they enhance engagement and streamline the exchange of information across the investment landscape. They are looking for a CTO to join them.

The CTO Role:
- Technology Strategy: Define and implement a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with their vision and goals, ensuring they remain at the forefront of fintech innovation.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering and IT teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and support their growth.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify and integrate new technologies to drive innovation and business growth, keeping them ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to release and deploy quality cycles. Ensuring all technology practices comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Risk Management: Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and IT infrastructure to minimize risks and ensure operational continuity.
CTO - Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a technology-related field is required.
- Management Experience: Demonstrated experience at a management level in software engineering, preferably within the fintech sector, with a proven track record of driving significant change.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing and advising on complex software development lifecycles (SDLCs) and architecture, including experience with AWS, APIs, microservices, Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and AI technologies.
- Audit Experience: Experienced in participating in and guiding SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits towards certification.
