Payroll Administrator

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis in Quedgeley, Gloucester, this role is hybrid, 3 days a week will be on-site in the offices.

In this role, the Payroll Administrator will be the point of contact for employee queries and payroll-related data requests, managing the email inbox and ensuring timely responses. Their main responsibility will be to support the Payroll Advisors with the preparation of monthly payrolls across multiple entities. Accuracy is key as they will be preparing and inputting payroll data into the Sage 50 Cloud Payroll system, including starters, leavers, and amendments. They will also process various payroll elements such as overtime, SSP, SMP, pensions, student loans, court orders, and other adjustments.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in their team's success by supporting with cross-checking monthly payroll entries within the payroll team and ensuring accuracy throughout the process. Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will thrive in this collaborative and dynamic environment.
