Finance Assistant

This Finance Assistant role has been created due to a team member having 6/7weeks away from the business within the finance department based in Ash, Surrey. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will manage and process sales ledger invoices and reconciliations for this international SME.

During your role as Finance Assistant in this office-based role, you will need to be available immediately to do a handover from the current person in this role.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

  • Managing and processing sales orders and customer invoices
  • Owning bank reconciliations
  • Customer account reconciliation
  • Supporting the small finance team with ad-hoc duties

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

  • Strong excel skills
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Knowledge of stripe would be advantageous
  • Experience with bookkeeping
  • Experience with sales ledger
