We are supporting a dynamic Local Government HR team to recruit an OD Business Partner into their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate:
- Must be a Professional member of CIPD or CIPD qualified to Level 7
- Needs to have experience influencing culture change
- Will understand complex organisational development projects
- Would be able to bring comprehensive knowledge of key workforce activities
