Responsibilities:
- Handling transactions involving rural land purchases and sales
- Providing advice on rural development projects
- Offering ongoing legal support to estates and rural businesses
- Advising on agricultural holdings and tenancy agreements
- Managing various types of lettings such as commercial, residential, sporting, and amenity leases
- Addressing title queries and resolving disputes
- Facilitating transactions related to sporting interests
- Leading registration projects for challenging titles in Scotland
- Handling commercial contracts related to land use and business structures
