Are you looking to really build your skills and become an accomplished al-round IT Support Engineer?
Working for a small, flexible, people orientated MSP, you will be looking after full IT Support for a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses in and around Buckinghamshire.

This will give you a really rounded experience - no escalating the good bits, but providing a full support and having plenty of help as and when you need it.

In order to be successful for this 2nd Line Support Engineer position, you should have:

• 2nd Line Support experience

• Desktops, Mobile devices, peripherals

• Office 365 with some Azure or SharePoint

• Full UK driving Licence

• Great attitude to learning and asking questions if you don't know how to do something

• Enthusiasm for IT

• Excellent Communication skills -

Whilst most of your work with be on the Service Desk, you will be required to go to client sites regularly - so you do need to drive.

You will need a rounded experience in IT Support, so this will suit if you've worked for a small MSP, or in a small IT department where you have been involved in all areas of support.
