**Position: Claims Handler

As a Claims Handler, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a caseload of Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage, and Product Liability claims. Your expertise will guide these claims from inception to settlement, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Claims Management: Handle Public Liability, Employers Liability, Property Damage, and Product Liability claims efficiently.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records on our case management system.
  • Client Service Excellence: Comply with set client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of service quality and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Team Leader and undertake additional tasks as needed.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 12 months relevant experience or 6 months of experience combined with a law degree or equivalent.
  • MOJ Claims Portal: Familiarity with the MOJ Claims Portal.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective organizational abilities.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Prioritize client care and customer service.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to manage your workload independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
