**SEND Teaching Assistant - Hounslow

We are working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in the Hounslow area, dedicated to placing children at the heart of everything they do. With a dynamic curriculum and a passionate, experienced staff team, the school is seeking Teaching Assistants to support across both KS1 and KS2.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to foster an engaging and supportive learning environment
  • Observe and monitor progress, offering valuable insights to teachers and parents
  • Support classroom setup and preparation for lessons
  • Provide constructive feedback to pupils and help them reach their full potential
  • Continuously reflect on your own practice to enhance your contribution to the team

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a primary school
  • Proven experience supporting children (references required)
  • Hold an Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
  • Able to commute to or live locally in the Hounslow area
  • A passion for working with children with special educational needs

Pay Rate: £88 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
Full-time, long-term position.
