We have the job opportunity for you!

We are seeking empathetic tutors to work on a one to one basis with pupils. As a successful candidate, you will be joining a team in Bolton . We are looking for Tutors with extensive experience supporting children or young people. This is a highly rewarding opportunity, where you will be making a real difference to the life of a pupil.

The position is available right away. On average people work 15 hours per week and the support can be during or after school hours.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting, marking and giving feedback on work
  • Safeguarding children
  • Planning sessions to ensure the curriculum is covered sufficiently
  • Monitoring students' progress

Requirements of the job:

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (we can support with this)
  • QTS (ideally) or strong tutoring experience
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum
  • A great work ethic
  • Previous experience working with children who need extra learning support.
