Day to Day of the role:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance to ensure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
- Work efficiently with jobs planned by Work Planners, focusing on achieving ‘right first time' repairs.
- Serve the Tees Valley area, with occasional travel required for specific jobs.
- Participate in their ‘TradePlus' scheme, learning additional skills to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in joinery and general semi-skilled works.
- NVQ level 3 in a relevant trade qualification.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Comfortable with or willing to learn to use digital devices for job allocation and work recording.
- A strong commitment to safe working practices and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
