Our client an established organisation in their field is seeking an experienced

Sales Ledger / Credit Control Clerk

to join their team. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone organised and detail-oriented, with previous experience in sales ledger or credit control. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and manage new credit accounts
  • Post sales invoices and carry out price checks
  • Raise and post credit notes, manual invoices, and journals
  • Proactively chase payments via phone, email, and post
  • Address customer and store queries promptly
  • Log ledger numbers and maintain the batch book
  • Sort daily post and manage the sales ledger email inbox
