Sales Ledger / Credit Control Clerk
to join their team. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone organised and detail-oriented, with previous experience in sales ledger or credit control. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Open and manage new credit accounts
- Post sales invoices and carry out price checks
- Raise and post credit notes, manual invoices, and journals
- Proactively chase payments via phone, email, and post
- Address customer and store queries promptly
- Log ledger numbers and maintain the batch book
- Sort daily post and manage the sales ledger email inbox
