The role of a Supply Teacher at this ‘Good' school is to plan and deliver work relevant to the pupils you are supporting, at this school the pupils are engaged within the classroom and have a positive approach to school life from a young age.

As a Supply Teacher you will be working closely with members of the SLT team to provide you with the tools and equipment you need to best support the pupils you are working with, this is the ideal role for a Supply Teacher as you will be constantly supported throughout your journey with the school.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.
