The role:
- Be the Face of Your Building: Welcome members and guests with exceptional hospitality. Manage the Front Desk with a smile and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Accelerate members growth by providing top-notch service. Bring a critical mindset to help the company continually improve.
- Centre of the Community: Get to know members and create meaningful connections within the community.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure building facilities run efficiently, working with suppliers and contractors to resolve any issues.

- Keen & Eager: A self-motivator who's always ready to take on new challenges.
- Friendly: A natural people person who makes others feel comfortable and welcome.
- Caring: Empathetic and considerate, always going the extra mile for others.

- Transferable Skills Welcome: Hospitality or retail experience is a plus, but your attitude matters most.
