Internal Recruitment Partner
Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to Nottingham office)
Salary: Circa £50,000
Start Date: ASAP ideally early to mid-July
My client are looking to evolve their people strategy and are building a more centralised approach to talent acquisition. With a new senior HR leader joining in July, they are looking for an experienced in-house tech recruiter to join them on a 6-month contract and help shape the way they attract and hire talent. This role will initially be on a six month basis but there will be opportunities for the right person to stay on as the internal function develops.
This role will play a key part in improving recruitment processes and building stronger hiring capability across the business.
Reporting into the head of HR, you'll take the lead on hiring activity across multiple functions, with a focus on tech roles.
The day to day:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles
- Partnering with line managers to guide and support better hiring decisions
- Improving consistency and quality of the recruitment process
- Using and optimising their ATS (Teamtailor) to manage pipelines and processes
- Supporting the early development of a centralised talent function
- Managing agency relationships and supporting PSL reviews
What we're looking for:
- Proven in-house tech recruitment experience ideally 3+ years
- Able to engage confidently with engineering and tech stakeholders (you will know your "squads and tribes")
- A self-starter with strong soft skills proactive and able to challenge when needed
- Skilled in building hiring manager relationships and improving recruitment outcomes
- Available within 4 weeks and open to a 6-month contract
- Willing to attend the office once or twice a month
