We are looking for a pension administrator to join a welcoming team in based in Crawley.
You will be supporting with day-to-day pension administration including transfer requests, account updates, document validation, and defined benefit calculations.
What you'll be doing as a Pension Administrator:
- Taking ownership of a pipeline of cases to assist scheme members looking to transfer to a new pension provider.
- Reviewing all relevant data available on the client's internal system
- Running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations.
What we're looking for in a Pension Administrator:
- Knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes.
- Experience working for a pension provider completing transfers and equivalent administration.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with calculations.
- Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience supporting vulnerable customers.
- Comfortable commuting to Crawley.
Hours:
37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm.
Location:
Crawley – 3 days a week on site and 2 from home after training is completed.

Contract:
2-3 months with possibility to extend.
Training:
5 days a week on site for the first 2-3 weeks.
