As a result of a large contract award with a major airline, we seek the expertise of an experienced Cabin Crew Recruitment & Onboarding Manager to take full responsibility for delivering a range of outsourced services to our partner airline.

Cabin Crew Recruitment & Talent Onboarding Manager Responsibilities:

You will serve as a liaison between the Aviation Recruitment Network, our internal recruitment onboarding and vetting teams, and our client to carry out the recruitment of high volume new entrant Cabin Crew.

You will oversee the Cabin Crew onboarding team and manage the onboarding processes from initial applicant screening to training and employment.

This role will require extensive travel to the Cabin Crew Assessment Centres at Gatwick, Luton, and East Midlands Airport. Therefore, a full UK driving license and flexibility are essential.

The position will be a fixed term role for two years with the possibility of an extension or permanent role, subject to contract extension.

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Recruitment & Talent Onboarding Manager:

  • Oversee the recruitment, vetting and onboarding of entry-level Cabin Crew.
  • Oversee all talent pools with the support of the recruitment team and ensure maximum candidate attendance at Cabin Crew assessment centres.
  • Manage Cabin Crew assessment centres days with our internal recruitment team.
  • Act as the main liaison between our Cabin Crew Resourcing team, internal stakeholders and our client.
  • Plan Cabin Crew training dates to ensure maximum attendees.
  • Oversee the vetting and onboarding team with the support of line Managers to ensure Cabin Crew are security cleared as per agreed SLA's.
  • Oversee Cabin Crew onboarding team to provide MI reporting to our partner client and internal senior management team.
  • Take responsibility for recruitment, security vetting, full onboarding, and training activation until candidate employment.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2 years plus recruitment and onboarding experience at a senior level for high volume roles within the aviation industry (ideally cabin crew).
  • Extensive onboarding experience from interview to assessment to HR onboarding to employment commencement.
  • A good understanding of aviation security vetting standards for UK airports.
  • Experienced in preparing and delivering presentations and reports.
  • Organised with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook and an aptitude for in-house systems.
