Ourell established and thriving client in Bournemouth are recruiting a Senior Compliance Manager to join their commercial team. This Senior Compliance Manager will be involved will in product compliance, and safety across global territories. This Senior Compliance Manager role requires strategic thinking, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance and sustainability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product compliance and safety strategy
- Collaborate with the senior management to integrate compliance considerations and business decisions
- Monitor and report on performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Stay updated on regulatory changes
- Implement product testing, certification, and documentation processes
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, certification organisations, and industry associations
- Develop, review, and update policies and procedures
- Prepare compliance reports
- Be the point of contact for compliance-related enquiries and communicate compliance updates to the team and senior management
Minimum Skills and Experience Required:
- A background working in product compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent computer skills
