**Social Worker
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join this Lancashire County Council's team in Fylde and Wyre. This is a placement between 3 - 6 months and starting date is ASAP with flexible working arrangements.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Working in Family Safeguarding in Fylde and Wyre
- Manageable caseloads
- Embrace strength-based approaches
- Currently embedding a family safeguarding model of practice
- Offer a good work-life balance
- Working with children and young people to make a positive difference in their lives
**Requirements:
- QSW Degree or equivalent
- 12+ months experience
- Substantial experience in Family Safeguarding
- Enhaned DBS
- Access of own car
