Days/ Times: Monday- Friday / 9:00- 17:00

The Company:

Our client is a well-established property business based in Nottingham, they are experienced property developers within the student market. With a growing number of PBSA's (Purpose Built Student Lettings Accommodation) within the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, they pride themselves on creating high-quality, modern student living spaces. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced student Lettings Branch Manager to lead the lettings division and define it as a market leading provider.

Job Overview:

They are looking for a motivated and experienced student Lettings Branch Manager to be instrumental in this exciting growth phase. You will be especially controlling all aspects of marketing, social media and advertising as well as managing all aspects of the operation and reporting to senior management team.

Responsibilities:

Property Setup and Advertising:

  • Oversee the setup and presentation of properties for optimal market appeal.
  • Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to attract tenants.
  • Manage social media, ensuring marketing strategies are implemented.

Reporting:

  • Generate and analyse regular reports on property performance and market trends.
  • Present findings to company owner, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Market Trends:

  • Develop an acute understanding of market signals and trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and challenges in the property market.

Independent Management:

  • Take ownership of the lettings division and contribute to its growth.
  • Work independently to ensure the success of the branch.

Team Building:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in PBSA's is crucial with a comprehensive understanding of regulations, legislation, compliance, health and safety
  • Extensive experience in the property industry and managing people
  • Confidence and proficiency in generating and presenting reports.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Marketing and advertising experience is essential
  • Must have great attention to detail
