We're seeking an Outreach Manager who is not only passionate about SEO but also has a deep understanding of the critical role backlinks play in driving organic growth.
About the Role:
As an Outreach Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the businesses link acquisition efforts, shaping strategies that enhance SEO performance across multiple international territories. Your role will involve analysing competitor strategies, leveraging data to inform your approach, and delivering high-quality backlinks that boost the website's authority and search rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of SEO to create and implement an outreach roadmap that aligns with our overall SEO strategy.
- Link Acquisition: Execute effective tactics to earn relevant, high-quality backlinks that drive organic traffic and enhance website rankings.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation team to integrate link acquisition into broader marketing campaigns and maximize the value of campaign assets.
- PR Integration: Partner with the PR & Content Manager to identify and capitalise on opportunities from PR activities.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the impact of your work on overall SEO channel performance, using analytics tools to track key metrics.
- Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including landing pages and blogs, to improve the user journey and SEO outcomes.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the competition by analysing their link acquisition strategies and identifying new opportunities for the wider business
- Industry Awareness: Keep up with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure SEO strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Content Briefing: Create detailed content briefs for internal and external writers, ensuring the production of high-quality content that avoids cannibalisation and thin content.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in a either link acquisition, or broader SEO role with a proven track record of success.
- SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the intricacies of link acquisition.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, with a talent for interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Initiative: A proactive self-starter who can independently identify opportunities and plan accordingly, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Communication: Outstanding written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
