We are looking for an Events Content Producer to join our client's team and help showcase the innovative brands of the client. The ideal candidate will design and support the delivery of sector-leading events, engaging a diverse network of audiences and building community through exceptional communication and event management.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Manage comprehensive events across the college, ensuring high standards and engagement from students, staff, and guests.
  • Embrace new technologies and immersive opportunities to position our events as innovative experiences that support strategic growth and brand building.
  • Project manage events of varying scales from inception to completion, maintaining excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Monitor event resources and budgets, sourcing competitive quotes and researching the best suppliers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver events that meet their objectives, planning on-site logistics and enforcing health & safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with communications, marketing, and branding teams for event promotion, scheduling, and media relations.
  • Identify engagement opportunities at external events and exhibitions to connect with stakeholders and new audiences.
  • Create event schedules, brief teams, and ensure smooth collaboration for successful event delivery.
  • Work closely with the Events Assistant to maintain accurate systems and guest relationships, directing research to consider a broad range of potential audiences.
  • Write extensive evaluation reports, collate feedback, and set out future recommendations.
  • Be proactive in risk management to protect the college's reputation and provide exceptional customer service during events, including those outside of regular working hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in events management and content production.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of new technologies and immersive event opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed for events.
  • A proactive approach to risk management and reputation protection.
