Operations Support Manager - Permanent (Ollerton)

Adept Resourcing are currently working with a successful business in Ollerton who are looking to add an ambitious Operations Support Manager to their team on a permanent basis.

This business are one of three companies within a group that are rapidly growing year on year working with world wide businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to manage a small team and play a key role in working with both their clients and service partners.

Role and Responsibility of a Operations Support Manager:

  • Managing a small team of administrators and account managers.
  • Manage a network of 130 service providers ensuring performance is recognised and managed where necessary.
  • Ensuring accuracy of data and invoicing matters working closely with the finance team.
  • Point of contact for key customer accounts.
  • Produce monthly reports and provide bespoke reports on a regular basis to support the leadership team in making decisions.
  • Utilise company systems to ensure accuracy of reporting.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure that we are managing the service partner network to ensure first class service for our customer network.
  • Ensuring processes put in place are adhered to (deadlines met)

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have experience within a similar role.
  • Experience within business to business/ facilities management desired.
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Having the ability to step back and make decisions
  • Experience dealing with customers over the phone.
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills/pivot tables/building simple models

This role is a permanent job opportunity direct through the company after a successful interview stage. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-17:00pm with a salary of £33,000. There may be some movement on the salary depending on skills and previous experience. We are open to looking at candidates of all levels however you must hold experience within a similar role.
