Legal Operations Contract Assistant- Media & Entertainment

A fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in sport, media & entertainment! We are keen to speak with experienced Legal Assistants who are immediately available, with recent contracts management experience.

Suitable candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build relationships with peers, Senior Executives and external parties.

Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills are key requirements for this role, as well as prior experience using a Contracts Lifecycle Management platform.

Requirements:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Working within the Legal Operations Team, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and provide day to day support of the platform.
  • You will also be required to navigate a number of sales systems that currently integrate with the contracts platform.
  • Providing support to both media and non-media projects as required.
  • Day to day uploading and processing of signed contracts to the contracts platform which may include on-boarding new businesses.
  • Comparing and checking signed contracts against data entered in the sales systems for accuracy.
  • Using Excel to prepare reports and manipulate data.
  • Working with the Contracts Manager to troubleshoot issues as they arise in relation to all systems.
  • Use of all Microsoft applications including PowerBi.

Required Qualifications

  • Legal Operations experience within a global company desirable
  • Prior experience using a Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform preferred.
  • Must possess strong analytical, organisational and time management skills
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, directors, managers, and subject matter experts is required.

This is a temporary role with immediate start. Based in the office 4 days per week, Friday's will be based working from home.
