Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working with a great healthcare client on a interim, and part time basis for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the team.

This is ahome based role but with occasional travel (around once a month for team meetings).

Salary: £16-17k pro rata.

Extensive Employee Relations experience is essential for this position.

To start ASAP for 12 months this role is a great opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join the business and support, advise and coach line managers on all areas of ER advice alongside managing a busy case load.

You will act as a hands-on lead for ER queries and provide a professional advisory service which delivers effective management and solutions for ER issues. You will need to monitor and report case load progress alongside supporting the HR function on any other HR projects as needed.

ER Advisor - About you:

  • Strong Employee Relations experience and up to date UK Employment Legislation knowledge.
  • Capable of managing a high volume end to end case-loads, inclusive of administration, tracking and reporting actions.
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A 'hands on' approach to coaching and supporting managers.
  • Proactive, organised and able to work flexibly in order to achieve deadlines.
  • The ability and drive to deliver results at pace.
  • Excellent solution focused problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative.
