This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about supporting emerging talent and enhancing their trainee and apprenticeship programs. The role will be integral in managing recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives for early careers, helping shape the future of their workforce.
What will the Recruitment Advisor role involve
- Early Careers Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for graduate intake and apprentices, including campus outreach, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
- Program Management: Support the coordination of graduate and apprenticeship programs, working with departments to ensure a seamless experience for candidates from recruitment through qualification.
- Career Development: Guide and support trainees through their development journey, providing advice on rotations, skills enhancement, and networking opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal teams, educational institutions, and external partners to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and enhance the firm's reputation in early careers recruitment.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion their commitment to D&I by developing and promoting initiatives that support an inclusive and equitable workplace for all.
Suitable Candidate for the Recruitment Advisor vacancy
- Experience in early careers recruitment or HR within professional services (professional services experience preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates, trainees, and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current trends in early careers recruitment and retention.
