Position: Property Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join the Block Management Team on a permanent basis, to assist in managing a portfolio of high-quality properties with mixed use. The schemes will include residential, commercial, schools, shops, and churches.
Duties
- Provide exceptional levels of service to clients.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor onsite works.
- Tender for works.
- Drive service standards to rival competitor providers.
- Instruct contractor appointments.
- Ensure compliance and oversee Health & Safety responsibilities.
- Work to deadlines.
- Complete Section 20 processes.
- Prepare, agree, and issue service charge budgets.
- Complete monthly reports for the Board.
- Work with and manage site Concierges/Porters.
- Attend and minute Annual General Meetings.
- Attend Directors' meetings.
- Liaise with teams at head office and nationwide regions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in leasehold property management.
- Experience in delivering high-level customer-facing services.
- Full awareness of the latest developments in property management.
- Willingness to train for a TPI qualification if not already obtained.
- Understanding of leases, service charge budgeting, and associated legislation.
- Excellent customer service and client focus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills.
Salary Range & Benefits
- £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 depending on experience.
