Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 DOE

Your role as Audit & Accounting Manager:
This is a key role in our client's Ascot team, where you'll manage audit and accounting assignments, develop relationships with clients, and mentor junior staff. You'll work closely with Senior Managers and Partners to ensure smooth operations, high-quality service delivery, and continuous team development.
- Manage audit and accounts work for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
- Support the growth and development of team members, providing guidance and feedback
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate taxation regulations
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners on a range of assignments
- Be the main point of contact for client engagements, ensuring excellent service
What you'll need to succeed as Audit & Accounting Manager:
- Fully ACA/ACCA qualified
- Proven experience in a similar role within an accounting firm
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporate taxation, and VAT
- Experience managing audit and accounting assignments from start to finish
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships
- A proactive, commercial mindset, always looking for opportunities to add value
- Familiarity with CCH software would be an advantage
