An award winning, employee owned Wealth Management Firm who provide outstanding Financial Advice and Investment Management solutions to HNW Private Clients are looking for a highly capable individual to join their stable team. Specific duties will include -
- Oversee the day to day management of the paraplanning team ensuring they work effectively with Financial Planners to provide the highest possible service to clients.
- Work as part of the Operations Management team, project managing and helping implement overall business strategy.
- Chair weekly team meetings and provide direction to the team.
- Conduct appraisals, team reviews and oversee the mentoring and development of the team.
- Where required, provide complex and comprehensive paraplanning support to Financial Planners on complex cases
- Conduct client reviews, research solutions and write reports making recommendations.
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Work as part of a collaborative office environment, making suggestions and recommendations.
