We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director. The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide a high level of administrative support to the Director, to include project and diary management, co-ordinating the Director's communications with the offices and the researching, collation, and preparation of high-level, confidential paperwork for senior meetings.

- Providing comprehensive support to a top-level executive.
- Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing essential correspondence and documents.
- Organising meetings, including logistics and minute taking.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Assisting with project management and coordination.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Have at least 2 years' experience of high level administration, preferably Executive/Personal Assistant role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly self-motivated to provide outstanding and accurate proactive support at a high level.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- A high level of discretion for handling confidential information.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of £16.75 per hour
