We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director. The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide a high level of administrative support to the Director, to include project and diary management, co-ordinating the Director's communications with the offices and the researching, collation, and preparation of high-level, confidential paperwork for senior meetings.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive support to a top-level executive.
  • Managing the executive's calendar and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparing essential correspondence and documents.
  • Organising meetings, including logistics and minute taking.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Assisting with project management and coordination.
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience of high level administration, preferably Executive/Personal Assistant role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly self-motivated to provide outstanding and accurate proactive support at a high level.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A high level of discretion for handling confidential information.

Job Offer

  • An hourly rate of £16.75 per hour
  • 10 month temporary contract
