Job Title: HR & Payroll Administrator

Salary: £26-28K

Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol

Onsite: Fully Office Based

JGA are partnered with a established, and growing business, who have a newly created role of HR & Payroll Administrator to support both the HR Manager and Payroll Supervisor with day-to-day operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Assisting in our HR Manager and Payroll Supervisor to deliver a high quality of payroll preparation and day to day HR administrative tasks.
  • As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you would be required maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance, company policies and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in both HR and payroll queries.
  • The position will require strong interpersonal skills, a professional manner and have a genuine interest in supporting the HR and Payroll function.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience working in a similar role working on both HR & Payroll tasks.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excel proficient, including creating and formatting spreadsheets.
  • PC, Microsoft literate.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
  • Used to working in a busy environment and working to strict deadlines.
  • Strong generalist HR administration experience.
