The Area Manager plays a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of domiciliary care services within their assigned area. This multi-faceted role encompasses staff management, schedule optimization, inter-professional collaboration, and adherence to regulatory and company frameworks. A successful Area Manager will not only demonstrate operational excellence but also foster a positive and supportive work environment for their team.

Key Responsibilitie:

  • Schedule Optimization: Skilfully manage and adjust staff rotas to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery across all client need
  • Inter-Professional Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and build strong working relationships.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Conduct regular client reviews, well-being checks, and satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality, identify areas for enhancement, and proactively address any issues that arise.
  • Risk Management: Promptly address and resolve client concerns and complaints, escalating safeguarding issues to the Registered Manager as necessary. Ensure strict adherence to all safeguarding protocols and procedures.

Leadership Expectations:

This position carries a high degree of responsibility and trust. It is expected that the Area Manager will exemplify the company's values, lead by example, and foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and open communication. You will be the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
