Job description:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support/Sample Administration Technician to join our team in High Wycombe. In this role, you will be responsible for sample management and booking in from arrival on site until testing and will require manual lifting of samples and packages. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a fast learner and enthusiastic. For this role, we're really keen to bring in someone who is passionate about customer support and sample administration. This role would really suit somebody who is eager to work with a team of professionals in High Wycombe.

As our next Food Sample Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting the critical link between the business and our clients through effective communication. You will deal with sample receipt, liaise regularly with customers and internal laboratory staff to ensure sample logging information is accurate, record sample data into the laboratory information systems, prepare samples prior to analysis, and distribute samples to testing facilities, including subcontract labs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining quality system documentation and analysing demand and team performance.
