Your new role
AE working primarily on healthcare estates. Work is hybrid.
Knowledge of healthcare. Experience of Carrying out Audits & Inspections of technical compliance and of SSoW. Will consider AP's looking to make the step-up or candidates with NHS experience or experienced commissioning engineers.
What you'll need to succeed
Possess a detailed knowledge Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) relevant to their discipline to both the contractual HTMs in place, and the latest HTM.Have an understanding of contract standards, including PFI, or be willing to expand your knowledge in this area.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to complete Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and utilise data to identify deficiencies, trends, and opportunities.
Have a proven track record of working as an Authorising Engineer or a similar role in a relevant sector, such as healthcare, education, industry, or defence, preferably in a PFI setting.
Be proficient in undertaking assessment and audit of personnel and processes using technology.
