Our client is an award-winning energy consultancy with an outstanding reputation and they are looking for a B2B Energy Sales Consultant to join their team. You'll play a vital role in driving B2B sales by following up on leads, generating new opportunities and managing client accounts. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll work to understand each client's unique energy requirements, offer tailored solutions and close sales. Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospects
- Identify renewal window and negotiate new energy tariffs
- Convert leads provided by the lead generation team
- Identify customer needs through research and match them with suitable products.
- Providing accurate quotations for customers.
- Maintain account management data within the CRM platform.
- Building rapport with customers and provide them with a first-class service.
- Using a consultative and value driven approach to negotiate, navigate, and close the sale.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven sales experience in the energy industry (knowledge of B2B markets preferred)
- Self-motivated with the drive to deliver results in a challenging market.
- Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills
