My client a resident led housing association located in the London Bridge area is seeking an experienced Estate upkeep supervisor to join the team.
The client is a tenant managed organisation (TMO) and the quality of the service they provide to their council tenants and leaseholders is critically important.
As a local community organisation, all of their team have a high-level of interaction with our residents and the post holder must be comfortable with this.
The usual working day is 8am – 4.15pm and the post holder will coordinate and participate in a reactive weekend cleaning rota.
The position would be suitable for a current Estate Caretaker that has over 3 years of experience that is looking for a step up into a part management position, a team leader or someone that is currently a supervisor that wants to explore other opportunities and move up the ladder to a full-on management position quickly.
The role would require full support and supervision of the estate cleaning team cover 3 estates locally (on foot) no need for a driving licence!
