Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom and during other school activities.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering individualized learning plans.
- Support students in developing social skills and managing behavior.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Help prepare learning materials and resources.
