ROLE- Graduate Sales Engineer
LOCATION- Near Hemel Hempstead
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £25,000- £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
My client manufactures fabricated components for different engineering sectors and they are looking to take on an Internal Sales Engineer, on a permanent basis, near the Hemel Hempstead area.
The Internal Sales Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- Qualified in Mechanical Engineering – Degree / BTEC/ ONC/ HNC/ HND / Apprenticeship or similar
- Be customer driven; any experience working in a similar role would be desirable
- Be highly organised and be able to work to own initiative
- Be confident making outbound calls to both new and existing company customers
- Have the ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skill both verbal and written
- Be keen to learn and develop further skills
The Internal Sales Engineer role will involve:
- Promoting the company name as a leader in their market
- Working within a Solutions and Support Engineer function in the Internal Sales department
- Being involved in developing new accounts by identifying potential leads
- Working over phone, by email and Teams communicating with customers
- Suggesting new products to customers and developing the accounts
- Assisting with internal sales leads
- Working with the CRM system
- Working closely with other members of the engineering team
