Are you a newly qualified teacher eager to start your teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment? Our school is a welcoming primary school in South Liverpool, is looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join our team in September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop as an educator in a full-time, long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recently completed a university course in Primary Education (or equivalent).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained or pending.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to teaching and learning.
- hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
