Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the dental nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
- Assist in complex dental procedures including periodontics, implants, and oral surgery.
- Ensure compliance with all GDC guidelines and practice policies.
- Maintain and manage clinical areas and equipment.
- Provide support to dentists during procedures and ensure patient comfort.
- Oversee infection control and decontamination processes.
- Manage stock levels and ensure all materials are available for daily operations.
- Mentor and support junior dental nurses.
Requirements:
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse.
- Experience in periodontics, implants, and oral surgery.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to commute to and from Maida Vale, London.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and patient care.
