Role: Snr IT Cost and Contracts Manager
Salary: £90K + Excellent Corporate Package

Overview:
A pivotal role within the Technology Cost & Contract Management team of a Tier 1 Global Banking organisation - with responsibility for managing, and continuously improving, the Cost Management processes across a £2.5bn IT spend.
Role:
- You will be responsible for managing, and continuously improving, the Cost Management processes across a £2.5bn spend
- Working across multiple levels, you will play a key role in helping optimise IT's utilisation of third-party hardware, software, resources, and associated IT services to maximise value and cost savings.
- Key to your success in this role, will be the ability to develop and deliver impactful management information, supporting the creation of MI against contract database and third party spend for monthly / quarterly business review packs presented to the Global CIO community.
- You will play a key role in forecasting spend, developing KPI's and management of month end as well as regularly undertaking budgetary / financial control and reconciliation activities.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for the management and tracking of cost save challenges.
Experience:
- A strong background in Cost and Contracts Management - ideally gained in Technology / IT
- Knowledge required on IT suppliers and contracts including an understanding of IT Vendor Management policy
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent data analysis, presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a digestible format to senior management.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
