I am seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join my client's team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role is perfect for someone who is keen to learn and thrives in a small team environment. As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations and providing essential support to your colleagues.

Day-to-day of the role for the Administrator role:

  • Answering telephone calls and queries, directing calls to the relevant departments.
  • Maintaining filing and storage systems within the office to ensure organisation and efficiency.
  • Monitoring office stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and supporting the team with various projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Administrator role:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Confident communication skills, capable of professional interaction via email and over the phone.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Previous experience within an office administration role is preferred but not essential.
