Elevation Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a well-known, Doncaster based business, as they are looking to recruit their next Customer Service Advisor. This is a permanent role with progression opportunities for the right candidate!
The duties of the Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Collaborate as part of a team, supporting one another in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Provide a dependable customer resolution service across various communication channels
- Take ownership of customer issues and prioritise resolving them during their initial contact
- Efficiently manage personal queues, workloads, and customer cases
- Appropriately escalate issues to the relevant teams
- Ensure customer information is accurately updated and compliant with GDPR
- Identify vulnerable customers and register them for appropriate services
Key skills required of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Proven teamwork experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is essential
