Location: Brighton
Salary: £26,000 - £45,000 OTE

Our client, an award-winning recruitment consultancy in Central Brighton London, is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to manage recruitment processes and collaborate within a dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment procedures for temporary and permanent roles
- Match candidate skills with accurate job requirements
- Collaborate with team to achieve client objectives
- Meet agreed-upon timelines for candidate short-list submissions
- Coordinate client interviews and preparation
- Ensure high-quality candidate interactions
- Smoothly handle payroll processes and compliance
Skills:
- Confident communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Effective time management and deadline-driven
- Strong written English skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and process adherence
- Problem-solving ability and contingency planning
